The successful operation of the “Azerbaijan Geology” LLC encompasses areas in the mining industry such as geology, planning and conducting mining industry works, project planning and preparation, procurement, consumer satisfaction, production, and technical services, and it depends on the satisfaction level of the clients. The execution of these tasks strictly adheres to international and national standards and norms on quality, occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection, constantly improves the quality of provided services, and is based on social responsibility and the public importance of the institution.

The management of “Azerbaijan Geology” MMC determines the following important issues:

To constantly strive to meet the real and growing demands of customers at all stages of the service and work process by preventing possible non-conformities and complaints;
To constantly and continuously increase training, education, and experience in order to comply with the requirements of quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards in all situations;
To actively work on preventing non-conformities and be prepared to rework for the purpose of eliminating any arisen non-conformities;
To provide the institution with skilled personnel and an ongoing training process for the purpose of effective use of the management system for the effective execution of accepted tasks and jobs, as well as customer satisfaction;

To continually enhance and assess the learning, analysis, and implementation of the operating standards, carry out monitoring, and conduct necessary specialized training;
To minimize the negative impact on the environment by efficiently using natural resources, also by minimizing the amount of harmful waste in production technology and conducting training in this area;
To demand knowledge on safety and environmental protection norms from workers, suppliers, and business partners;
Ensure the understanding of requirements in the fields of quality, occupational safety, environmental protection, and health, and conduct free information exchange with all relevant individuals and organizations.
