“The Azerbaijan Geology” Limited Liability Society

“The Azerbaijan Geology” Limited Liability Company was established in 2013. The company's first activity was the establishment of the journal named “Earth and Human”. The purpose of creating this press organization was to make efficient use of our country's mineral reserves and generally preparing and publishing scientific-popular articles about earth sciences. This mission has been successfully implemented for more than 10 years now. The pages of the journal feature scientific-popular articles and recommendations related to the development of the mining industry by well-known scientists and specialists in Azerbaijan and many other countries.

Our country is rich in underground resources. The current state and perspectives of the mineral-raw material base created in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan open up vast opportunities for the development of the mining industry in the country and the attraction of local and foreign investments in this field to integrate into the world industry.

The policy of the society is to contribute to the sustainable development of the mining industry through efficient use of mineral-raw material reserves in our country, and to serve its integration into the international system.

Technique

With its developed technical capabilities, our company is equipped with machinery from Japan's “Furukawa”, “Hitachi”, “Komatsu”, Sweden's “Atlas Copco”, Germany's “Mercedes-Benz”, and America's “Caterpillar” companies.

Another area of activity of the society is working as an “insurance broker”. In relation to this, the society has the appropriate license. Our main customers in the insurance market are companies operating in the geology and mining sector.

Currently, the society continues its activities with peaceful blasting and drilling works in the Chovdar Ore Dressing area in the Dashkesan region, in the construction of the Ahmadbeyli-Horadiz-Agband highway in the territory of the Kalbajar region, peaceful blasting works for the construction of the Horadiz-Agband railway line located in the territory of the Fuzuli region, excavation works at a stone factory in the administrative territory of Sarhan village in the Shamkir region, and peaceful blasting (underground tunnel) works in the project of the construction of the 0+000-66+000 and Khanlig-Qubadli 0+000-17+000 km section of the Khudaferin-Qubadli-Lachin highway.

In its activities, the company prioritizes the protection of the surrounding natural environment and issues of ecological safety during the use of mineral-raw materials. Reclamation plans for the Chovdar, Agyokhush, and Mereh gold deposits located in the Lesser Caucasus part of Azerbaijan, which are currently being exploited, were precisely prepared by the 'Azerbaijan Geology' LLC.

As known, one of the most important conditions for ensuring sustainable use of the Earth's crust and for the formation of a dynamically managed mountain-mining industry is the presence of an effective management system.

The main priority for our company is customer satisfaction and minimizing the negative impact on the environment during operations. Implementing significant protective measures is posed as a fundamental issue with the aim of effectively ensuring people's health and safety, and the protection of the environment.
